HIGH PRECISION TUBE BENDING

Precision tube and pipe bending services on Crippa Sixty 31067 CNC machine.
It’s a special model from the UP&DOWN series that combines the traditional cross movement of the head with a rotational movement. The machine has a total of 11 operating axes giving it unique versatility and flexibility. Besides fixed-radius, UP&DOWN series can also make multi radius bends with traceless transitions.

Machine’s capabilities:

  • Pipes:  Ø10x2.0mm – Ø40x2.0mm
  • Maximum length: 5.7m (depends upon the position of the 1st bend)

3D file format is used to define, analyze and simulate the whole bending process thanks to on-the-spot machine’s User Iso Interface (UII).
