POWDER COATING

Conveyor powder coating system applicable on flat, curved and irregular surfaces.
It is a 4-staged process that consists of chemical washing (degreasing, 3 stages of rinsing, passivation), drying, manual powder coating with electrostatic guns, and oven curing.
Machine’s capabilities:

• Processing parts up to 1.5m x 1m x 2.5m boxed.

Powder coated micro-thickness is measured and controlled during standard quality control with appropriate measuring instruments.
